WHERE DO I SIGN THE WAIVER?

Right here (link)!  All guests are required to complete the digital waiver prior to boarding.  You and your Captain will receive a confirmation email once all guests’ waivers are signed and received by our team.  You will not be able to board the boat until you've signed the digital waiver.  All guests must sign, underage guests must have an accompanying parent or guardian sign for them.

Parking is available behind St. Clair Shores City Hall / Library

HOW MANY PARTY GUESTS CAN I BRING?

A maximum amount of 8 people per boat. 

CAN WE STOP FOR A RESTROOM BREAK?

No restroom is available onboard. Ask your Captain for options while cruising.

SHOULD WE TIP?

Tip the crew not the boat! Tips are greatly appreciated.  Your Captain may go above and beyond to make your party special, feel free to spread the love.

IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT TO CRUISE?

All ages are welcome to cruise.  All guests are required to sign a waiver for those over the age of 18.  All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.  There must be one adult for up to three kids under the age of 12. We have adult life jackets on board for all guests.  Must be 21 or older to consume alcohol.  Underage drinking will cause the cruise to be terminated immediately, no exceptions and no refunds.

IS ALCOHOL PERMITTED?

Yes, you may bring the refreshments of your choice.  No glass, red wine, or kegs.  We do not provide ice or cups.  We highly recommend you bring enough water to stay hydrated during your 3 hour cruise.  Underage drinking will cause the cruise to be terminated immediately, no exceptions and no refunds.

DO YOU PROVIDE ICE?

No.  Ice is for sale on the dock for $2 per bag while supplies last.

ARE WE ALLOWED TO DJ?

Yes!  Bring your playlist which we will connect via bluetooth to our speaker.

WHAT ITEMS ARE RESTRICTED?

Glass, kegs, red wine, dyed drinks, and smoking onboard the boat are not permitted.

WILL I GET WET?

We are on the water so splashing/sloshing may occur, please dress accordingly. 

CAN WE SWIM?

Yes, as long as conditions allow it. Ask your Captain.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required per cruise.  We accept changes to your reservation (or cancellations?) up to 14 days before your cruise date.  No changes or refunds within 14 days of your reservation. 

Party Barge USA reserves the right to change locations due to water status and safety concerns.  Party Barge USA follows the recommendation of the United States Coast Guard in all water related matters.  

WHAT IS THE POLICY FOR BAD WEATHER?

The Captain will make a determination based on safety as to the need for cancellation.  In the event of a weather cancellation, a credit will be provided for a future booking. This is soley the Captain’s decision.
